AmeriCorps to send in volunteers to help people switch to digital TV

AmeriCorps will be sending in a number of volunteers from its National Civilian Community Corps in the Sacramento area to assist the team from the Federal Communications Commission in installing hardware needed to help homeowners switch to digital TV.

The fuzz and the days of the old analog television will soon be over, and what will replace it is the promising and jam-packed features of the digital television.
